Reservations:

Cots and extra beds just on request and are subject to availability. Children under 4 years stay free of charge in cots (except some mencioned situations). Children between 5 and 12 years pay a value that differs depending on the season. Over 12 years, the value of extra-bed differs. Contact us.
The prices may include buffet breakfast (there are rates that is not included) and access to all our free services (games, Wi-Fi in the room and common areas). See at "Online reservations".

Cancellations and others:

If cancelled 48 hours prior to the entry (check-in at 2pm), there is no penalty. If cancelled in the period of two days before the date of entry, it will be charged the first night.
In the case of no-show, it will be charged the entire reservation.

Mandatory credit card at time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit card.

Others:

The Hotel Made Inn is a non-smoking unit; you just can do it at the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in from 2pm; Check-out until noon.
